1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing can take up to 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
